The bond between these two is pretty strong... meeting over 7 years ago when they were both Physiotherapy assistants working within the NHS, little did they know then that they shared the same goals and visions or that their paths would cross in such a powerful way!
Initially they began as 'study buddies' at University, when they started their Physiotherapy degree's, being accepted on to the same course at the same time, which meant they were in close partnership during many a study and revision session and car sharing, allowing them to discuss their plans, follow their vocation and develop their 'visions' together. It was during these moments that they discovered they shared the same passions for alternative therapy and it's importance in treating people in a 'holistic' way.
Teaching Pilates is an area that Cath and Heather feel is both an important and integral part of being Holistic Practitioners, adding another dimension to treating the Physical, Mental and Spiritual bodies. Educating clients and giving them the tools to become more body and posturally aware, deal with stress and learn to relax, whilst strengthening from within, empowers individuals, giving them responsibility for thier own health and wellbeing, complimenting the Holistic approach to health and healing.
...the rest, as they say, is history!
